Chinese art is booming because so much of it is startling, stunning, and attention-grabbing. New Chinese Art was established in 1999 as a centre for contemporary Chinese art. New Chinese Art allows Chinese contemporary artists to display their art for free. New Chinese Art aims to make contemporary Chinese art accessible to a global audience. Contemporary Chinese art is often sharply critical of state communism, while being created under state communism, and critical of capitalism, while being fueled by an international art market.

In recent years, contemporary Chinese art has emerged from a domestic movement into one of the fastest growing and most dynamic components of the international art scene. Coming from different regions and educational backgrounds, the artists each employ different materials and visual styles, but also show commonalities. Each work is intensely engaged with important contemporary issues such as the energy crisis, materialism, and globalization. They also share inspiration from traditional Chinese Art, commercial culture, folk art, and industrial machinery as they explore ways to react.

Today, the market of Chinese art is widely reported to be among the hottest and fastest-growing in the world, attracting buyers all over the world. The Economist reported that Chinese Art has become the latest darling in the world market according to the record sales from Sotheby's and Christie's, the biggest fine-art auction houses. In terms of buying-market, China recently overtook France becoming the world's third-largest art market, after the United States and the United Kingdom, due to the growing middle-class in the country.

Chinese art, bring the global conversation into one of most popular public spaces. Recently, because of the global economic crisis, the Contemporary Asian Art market is get periodically down. And the Contemporary Chinese art market, is experiencing a slow down, too. Great art calls itself out and demands to be discovered.

Chinese character writing is a highly evolved discipline that relies as much on artistic craftsmanship, as it does on literary composition.
