Take a Chinese-owned venue with white walls and tacky furniture, add the creative expertise of Chad Lager and then add Kenn Bernel as manager, and you get a Belgian-themed bar that's more than just Chimay and (Belgian) fries. They've already got a wall of comfy leather booths, a pool table, screens for the sport fans, and an all-you-can-eat mussels night. Brussels boasts a great beer selection, including a special three Belgians for ¥100 deal, and a tasty menu created by partner Xiao Li (Lily) who's lived in Belgium for 15 years. This space looks set to be a crowd pleaser.
