Loving the New Lobster Menu at Barolo
Available for a limited time offer, until the end of September, fine-dining Italian restaurant Barolo at the Ritz-Carlton will be offering a menu full of lobster specials by their "Chef of the Year" Gianluca Visani.
Master chef Gianluca Visani grew up and developed his talent and passion for cooking in Riolo Terme of Bologna, where he made a name for himself as the only professional chef in his town.

I consider Barolo to be Beijing's best fine-dining Italian restaurant, a premiere dining destination where excellence is expected and fully delivers, especially in the hands of their talented chef Gianluca Visani.
