[Natural Scenery]Jianglang Mountain in Zhejiang

Jianglang Mountain is situated at Quanjing Hamlet of Jianglang Village about 25 kilometers to the south of Jiangshan downtown. Famous for its magnificent and oddly shaped Three-Slit Stone, the mountain has more than 100 views, including the No. 1 odd peak of rosy clouds in China, the Crack of the Sky, the Giant Peak created by nature, and Cliffside stone carvings, etc.

The scenic area covers 11.86 square kilometers, mainly natural landscape, also abounding with rich cultural landscape.

Three-Stone Peak of Jianglang Mountain stands out from the ground like bamboo shoot, pointing to the sky. It was said that the three brothers with the surname of Zhang climbed up the mountain and became stones. One Line Sky is surveyed as number one in China. "Heavenly Travel to Langfeng" is honored as the best scenic spot of Zhejiang.

Through the ages, letters, manuscripts, scrolls of painting or calligraphy by numerous outstanding figures and celebrities have been left for Jianglang Mountain, historical sites assembling, such as the famous Jianglang Academy, the strategic Xianxia Pass of Fujian and Xianxia Academy & Xianxia Ancient Path developed by Huang Chao Rebel Alliance; besides, there are complete 28 Du old buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasty as well as Ancient Porcelain Village that maintains primitive mode of production. Ancient temples, pavilions, terraces and towers, stone carvings and sculptures and stele forest in the spot are solemn and elegant. Furthermore, writers and poets such as Zhu Qidai, Bai Juyi, Luyou, Zhuxi, Xu Xiake and Yu Dafu add rich cultural connotation for Jianglang Mountain.
